It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Right from the entrance one gets the feeling of grandeur. The design and also the rooms are quite impressive. We have especially to mention that the personnel was highly professional and very very kind and friendly, especially the restaurant personnel, Sonia especially kind and human. We felt like home actually. The breakfasts and dinners were quite diverse and tasty. We were lucky to celebrate New Year’s Eve and the party with Beirut vibes was extraordinary, the music and the atmosphere with the lights and the vibe were really unique. The location is really good, just 6 min from the airport and with the car in just 20 min from the city center. All in all we highly recommend it to everyone who stays in Muscat.

Exceptionally clean hotel, with very well sized rooms which were clean and went above and beyond in terms of what anyone would need for a stay. Staff are all very hospitable, respectful and go above and beyond to ensure stay is good. I would like to point out some particular staff members for their generous and hospitable service- Ebrahim at front of house was amazing. Ahmed and Sanaa on front reception were very good as well going above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay.

I loved everything about this hotel. Extremely exquisite with a beautiful reception, pool area, dining area and beyond. My room was absolutely stunning, spacious and the bathroom had a fancy bathtub, shower and area to get ready. The bed was very comfortable. I had enough space to work and lounge with a huge sofa right by the window.

Room was a little too small for a family of 4 with 2 young kids but we did book the basic room i belive as we stayed only two nights and was out of the hotel throughout our stay. Only used the pool on the day we checked out, hotel kindly gave us free late check out. Housekeeping were really good. Breakfast selection was good too. A very good hotel close to airport.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is good with a bath and a shower. The bed was firm and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff very responsive and attentive.

This was my first visit to Oman and my first stay at this hotel. Everything was fine; the cleaning staff and the hotel staff were very cooperative and nice. The only issue was with the WiFi, which had trouble connecting to more than one device. Other than that, the overall vibe was good. The hotel is located outside the city, near the airport, which also helps with getting to the airport quickly.
